This is genius! What a great way for students to find a basic answer on their own to fill in missing "back story" details and to explain concepts that they have no experience with! Awesome way to use listening skills, visual skill in a mosaic of multimedia! I already registered! I will use this on my first 3x3. and students have to process the information (no copy paste!)
I love this, quick and simple...great to use as a hook in our art lesson. Today I searched and used African Masks and African:Dogon People. The students were very interested, they wanted more!!
I am using this in my Coherency Cycle. It even has History of Photography! My 4th and 5th graders will "dive" into photography in a week. They will find this site very interesting!
This is quick and easy. I am going to use it in my math lesson on Monday for time. I like how I can also have my GT students use it on their projects. I like how it reads to them especially when some of the vocabulary is difficult. I added the link to my class blog so that the kids can easily access it at home and use it.
