This is a truly collaborative flashcard building site. By tagging the cards, the deck can be rebuilt according to different topics. Students from other classes in other places can build cards, tag them, I can find them and benefit. So many foreign language concepts are not just dictionary words, but concepts. (example: tamales...just don't define like they taste!)This is a great platform for inviting others to join in and create study cards for common challenges...say AP testing?

  2. I have been looking for a flashcard building site for my students to practice sight words and other new vocabulary words. I can use this as an attention getter for students before we put new words on our word wall.

  3. I think this is a great site. I like that you can create online flashcards, have study groups and take online quizzes. We all know students are more engaged in front of the computer! You have their undivided attention! I will make my own cards for Elementary Art (Elements and Principles of Art) plus add a quiz. It would be easier to grade an online quiz at home, than using paper and pencil.

  4. Is there anything on FunnelBrain that is for lower grades or a similar website? Looking for math vocabulary flashcards for 2nd grade? Just wondering.
