Free App Friday - CloudOn

CloudOn is a "free for a limited time" app that allows you to create, edit, and view Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files on your iPad. CloudOn pulls the files from your Dropbox account, and also automatically saves them there, so you must have a Dropbox account to use CloudOn.

With CloudOn you can:

• use pivot tables insert formulas in Excel
• display and edit transitions and animations in Powerpoint presentations
• display, edit, and create charts, change formatting, spell check, and insert comments in any application
• open files directly from your Dropbox and/or iPad email accounts

If you have been using QuickOffice and have been less than satisfied, CloudOn is worth a try. The interface looks extremely similar to Microsoft Office (as you can see below) and functions in much the same way.
